1. What We Collect

When you use subrevival, we collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, and payment details. We also collect data automatically through your use of the service, including usage logs, browser type, and IP address.

2. How We Use It

We use your data to operate and improve the subrevival service, send transactional emails, provide customer support, and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Stripe & Third-Party Services

subrevival integrates with Stripe to detect failed payments and send recovery emails on your behalf. Payment data is handled directly by Stripe and governed by their privacy policy. We access only the data necessary to perform recovery operations — your customers' names, email addresses, and payment status. We never store full card numbers.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain session state. We use privacy-preserving analytics (Vercel Analytics) to understand how users interact with the product — no ad tracking, no fingerprinting.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can also disconnect subrevival from your Stripe account at any time from Settings → Connections. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below.
